About NILBOGtheSavior
I am a developer and student focused on the intersection of technical performance and visual art. My work spans from low-level system customization to interactive game development, all driven by a singular goal: to explore as many domains as possible while gathering as many technical perspectives as possible.
I believe that software should be as beautiful as it is functional. This site serves as the central hub for that philosophy, a digital repository where I document my process, share research logs, and host the various tools and games I release. Whether I am refactoring a shell for better modularity or analyzing the narrative harmony of a game, I prioritize user autonomy and aesthetic cohesion.
OS and Software
My environment of choice is Linux, and my workflow is built around minimalist, terminal-centric tools that allow for maximum control. I move between languages and engines based on the needs of the project, utilizing C for systems, GDScript for game logic, and QML for declarative UI design.
My favorite terminal emulator is Kitty due to its high level of customizability and simple configuration file. Neovim is my goto text editor based on the plethora of community plugins available and the ability to run on every environment, which makes my programming experience more pleasurable and unified whether I'm running it on my local machine or on a remote `SSH` session.
Hardware and Specs
I have 3 devices that I use on a regular basis. A desktop PC[1] for my heaviest workflows, a gaming laptop[2] for systems programming on-the-go, and a macbook[3] for portability, homework, and writing.
